Through iteration and exploration , based on the existing brand Alessi, students were to create and new product that would fit into their visual brand language while also making a product that does not conventionally fit into their current line up. I based the incense holders from the prominent use of incense within Japanese in-home shrines for the dead. Using 3D printing I was able to model and produce my vision.
